CNN has these little clips they show on their site, and I've been watching Katrina devestation footage. One of the anchors is interviewing a CNN cameraman who had been flying above New Orleans and Sidell Misssissippi amongst other places, and one of the shots shows your average tree-lined street suburbia swamped completely.
The anchor feels the need to say, and I quote: "This water is not supposed to be there around these houses."
Well, thank you Einstein for clarifying it! Here I thought I was looking at some pier with oddly-shaped houseboats with a lot of decorative shrubbery surrounding it!
